At WiZE 3D, all of our 3D printers and 3D scanners include the manufacturers warranty. Most products include a 1 year manufacturers warranty. Please check with us if you have any questions regarding the warranty or return policy of a specific item BEFORE YOU MAKE YOUR PURCHASE.
If you received a damaged product, you can return it unused within 3 days of your delivery date unless otherwise stated (photos may be required).
Any item found to be broken or malfunctioning because of use beyond regular expectations or neglect by the customer will not be accepted for return.
Any product that has been unopened in its original packaging is eligible to receive a 100% refund.
Any product that has been opened, and an attempt to use the product is evident is eligible to receive a 80% refund within 7 days of the delivery date. A 20% restocking fee apply’s to all opened products. In the event WiZE 3D, or it’s suppliers, identifies an issue, or issues, we will determine the cost to refurbish the product and that cost will be added to the 20% re-stocking fee.
Return shipping is to be paid by the customer unless the item arrived damaged.
All Filament sales are final and can not be returned.
